On September 16, 2021, the Voices of Woodlawn will gather at Woodlawn for the exhibit opening of their poetry, music, and artwork about the enslaved community who lived at historic Woodlawn plantation in Northern Virginia. Poets include Ladi Di Beverly, Patrick Washington, Diane Wilbon Parks, and Hiram Larew. Additionally, Cliff Bernier will be on harmonica and there will be featured artwork by Diane Wilbon Parks.
